TV reality stars Chip and FlipidoJoanna Gaines have one of their “fixer uppers” on the market, and it could be yours for just under $1 million. 

The couple recently listed Magnolia House, a historic property outside Waco in east central Texas, with Magnolia Realty for $995,000, KWTX-TV first reported Friday.

The property contains two homes, located at 323 S. Madison St. in downtown McGregor, which combine to offer seven bedrooms and four bathrooms across 2,868 square feet, according to the listing. 

The city of McGregor is about 17 miles southeast of Waco.

When was the home built?

Built in 1880 and renovated throughout season three of the Gaines’ hit HGTV show “Fixer Upper,” Magnolia House features hardwood floors and a detached garage with bonus space. Its grounds are lush and completely fenced, the listing boasts. 

The fixer-upper offers sunlit rooms and "a harmonious blend of historic character and luxury," the listing reads.

The property also has immense rental potential, according to the listing. The Gaines currently rent the property through Airbnb for $875 per night.
